Precautions for one-component platinum vulcanizing agent
1. Use platinum to add sulfur without returning to acid platinum vulcanizing agent. The proportion of use needs to be readjusted when encountering carbon black, dark green, deep red and other dark products.
2. Use platinum to add sulphur, and ingredients containing N. P. S atoms or heavy metals (for example: mercaptans) cannot be added to the raw materials, which will cause a lot of pinholes on the product surface, and will cause the product to be incompletely vulcanized and cause stickiness mold.
3. During the rubber mixing process, the temperature should not be too high, not more than 40℃. It is recommended that the mill is cooled with ice water circulation. The effect is good.
4. After adding platinum, it should be placed in a space where the temperature does not exceed 25℃. The special platinum vulcanizing agent for baby bottle tubes must be used within 4 to 8 hours to prevent cross-linking at room temperature. If you need to extend the storage time, you can add an appropriate amount of delay agent, which needs to be purchased separately (available from our company).
5. Avoid high temperature and direct sunlight, keep away from fire sources, acidic substances, metal oxides, ammonia substances and flammable materials.

Therefore, our company's platinum vulcanizing agent is divided into A component (TNA-00PS/J) and B (TNB-00PS/J) component.
